GAUGES B-9108/B-9308/B-8000
B&O Saws offers a complete range of material gauging systems. From the simple and economical manual B-9108, to the automatic B-9308 powered gauge, to the top of the line production B-8000 powered and pivoting gauge. Each system is available in various width and length combinations and price range to meet every need. Tolerances of +/- 0.062" or +/- 0.1% of cut length, whichever is greater, can be expected with these gauges.
B-9108 GAUGE CONVEYOR
The economical B-9108 Gauge comes standard with gravity roller conveyor, with PVC covered steel rolls, steel frame with adjustable legs, and 4" high non-marking fence. The gauge head is manually positioned and securely locked by gear rack. Fine adjustment of the gauge face is by a hand wheel.
B-9308 GAUGE CONVEYOR
The mid-range B-9308 Powered Gauge has gravity PVC covered gravity roller conveyor supported by a heavy-duty steel frame assembly. The gauge head is powered by a gear motor drive assembly which transmits power to both sides of the conveyor for excellent rigidity at heavy loads. The operator inputs the desired cut length and the gauge head moves to that location. The gauge face is fixed and once locked in place the unit holds its position extremely well.
B-8000 GAUGE CONVEYOR
For transporting and supporting extrusions while gauging and sawing. Powered roll conveyor is constructed of heavy duty structural steel. Large tubes act as the side frames with the two sides rigidly tied together. Steel rolls 1.9" diameter are placed along the conveyor length. Each roll is covered with high density PVC to reduce marring of the surface of the stock.
Gauge pivots up allowing the material to pass underneath and is equipped with retractable face plate. The retractable face plate allows the part to exit the work area without being hindered.
